These general conditions of sale may be modified at any time by Direct Cheminée.

Conditions specific to certain products or services may supplement these general conditions. They are then specified during the presentation of the article.

The fact, for any customer, to place an order on the site implies his unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

If a condition were to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the sales sector. The delivery of orders can only be territorially made in Continental France.

Commands

The customer places his order according to the process in force on the site and confirms the detailed summary of it.
The customer is required to provide all information necessary for delivery: address, access code, floor .... (and, for example, in the case of items with special delivery conditions: Telephone number to which he can be reached during the day to make an appointment).
During the first order and/or when registering, the customer must enter his surname, first name, e-mail address and password.
The password is strictly personal to him.

14-DAY WARRANTY - Money Back

In the case of non-satisfaction of a product, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, a lump sum of 210 € incompressible will be deducted from the refund.
Each DIRECT CHEMINEE package contains a return form on which you must specify whether you want a refund as a credit note to your customer account or transfer to your bank account, or if you prefer an exchange for another product in the DIRECTCHEMINEE range.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documents, no trace of wear and tear must be noted.

Price

The prices displayed are net of all taxes included and excluding participation in the shipping costs which are the responsibility of the customer.

These prices are applicable in the context of distance selling. They cannot, under any circumstances, be the subject of an application request in store (and vice versa).

The amount of the delivery costs is indicated in the shopping cart when you place your order.

A flat-rate contribution to the processing costs is required for any order. This participation covers the costs of preparing the order, its specific packaging and the insurances that guarantee the proper delivery to the customer.

Some items exceptionally benefit from an exemption from the contribution to the delivery costs (the participation in the processing costs remains applied). This exemption is indicated in the product sheet and in the last column of the basket with the following logo: Free shipping.
The amounts of the contributions to the delivery and processing costs are included in the details of the basket, in the order summary and on the invoice.
The customer acknowledges being fully informed of the contributions to the shipping costs (processing and delivery) that are added to the price of the goods ordered.

Confirmation of the order to the customer

Direct Cheminée acknowledges receipt of the order to the customer by displaying the order number and sending an e-mail containing this element.
The customer's order will only be considered accepted after its validation by Direct Cheminée. Some orders may be subject to additional requests to the customer. In this case, the customer is notified by email of the supporting documents to be sent in order to obtain the final validation of his order. Direct Cheminée reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of non-receipt of these supporting documents or receipt of documents deemed non-compliant.

The customer's order may be cancelled by Direct Cheminée, for any reason whatsoever, in particular in the event of a lack of information necessary for delivery. The customer will be kept informed by Direct Cheminée.

Payment - Securing settlement transactions

The products and participation in the shipping costs are payable at the time of the order.

You can make your payment:

Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively in Metropolitan France. Deliveries in Corsica will be subject to special conditions. These conditions will be communicated to the customer either directly on the site during the placing of the order or by telephone before the shipment of his order.

Delivery does not include commissioning of the devices.

Deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Our carriers are mandated to drop off packages in your mailboxes or in front of your house or at the foot of your building.

Deliveries are made by carrier. In addition, packages delivered by carriers are most often packaged and delivered on pallets.

The customer undertakes to transmit, when ordering, all the information necessary for the delivery in order to guarantee the successful completion (and in particular the telephone number to which the carrier can reach him during the day).

The customer undertakes, for himself or for the recipient of the order, to take delivery of the goods to the address he indicated when ordering.

Upon delivery, the customer or the recipient of the products must be able, if requested, to prove his identity.

The customer undertakes, after opening and checking the contents of the package(s) in the presence of the carrier, to sign the delivery receipt presented by the delivery person.

In case of problem: the customer will carry all reservations corresponding to the observations noted on the registration sheet, will have the delivery person co-sign and will keep a copy of the document.

When the product is no longer under warranty, a quote is sent to the customer.
